In a relaxed, enquiring atmosphere of positive appraisal and respect for the company's welfare, employees respond to set questions while notes are taken by the researcher.
Reports with graphics and text preserve complete confidentiality and remove any trace of potential bias.
This Service cannot be replicated in-house. Employees are wary of surveys and questionnaires delivered by management departments, believing their answers can be traced back via IP addresses, handwriting, language style and other means of potential exposure.
