Meeting Mediation

Do you find that meetings drag on without anything being done as a result? Do they simply waste time, embarrassingly famous for inactivity? You need someone objective, bias-free, motivational and energising to come in and sort things out - sustainably.

Why bring in an outsider? Because everyone in the organisation is known and categorised by everyone else, meaning everyone has fixed ideas of who they are/what they do. Because of this confirmation bias, you can't make substantial shifts in habitual behaviour without assistance from beyond the fence. That's exactly why I offer this service - by request!
