Do you really offer a Guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes!

The Guarantee is based on profit increase (beyond gross value prior to programme commencing).

T’s&C’s include disclosure of data and regular financial updates throughout the project.
Transparency on profit margins and movements is essential for our agreement to work.

You get a full money-back guarantee.
In return for this, you pay a small percentage (typically 5% - 8%) of profit above the stated baseline you are guaranteed to attain, for a period of 1 year following completion of the course. 
Percentage payable is dependent on the level of increase you are guaranteed.
You cannot lose and there is nothing to pay up-front beyond the cost of the programme.

What kind of company do you work with?

Typically I work with organisations employing 12-50 people. (This is a guide, not a definitive!)

The CEO must be happy to collaborate, willing to mandate for an engaged workforce and prepared to uphold best-practice from his team.

Most of the time I work with engineering and manufacturing SMEs.

There are a few sectors I will not work with - finance and petrochemical among them.
