How wonderful it was to see the submission in print!
Articles giving strategic advice on workplace engagement are hard to find. While Harvard and Gallup confirm colossal losses from disengagement to the tune of around £300billion in the UK alone, media circles are slow to put this subject on the turntable and I remain one of a few committed to cultural advancement in practice.
The publication is based in Ireland, so they changed the pound sign to a Euro for the audience in situ but aside from this, they made no edits and happily released the edition within days of my submission. You can read it here:
